Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.pdf or .doc) will be accepted. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing. Payment of fees of FMEME 2023 must accompany all registration forms. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. Payment must be made in USD/RMB. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.

(1)中国大陆论文作者注册费为2200元/篇，如论文超过4页，超出页数每页另加200元。

(2)以第一作者身份投多篇论文，从第二篇起论文注册费优惠200元，如第二篇论文超过4页，超出页数每页另加200元。

(3)论文注册费包括出版费用、纸质刊物等。

(4)参会费600元/人（未投稿的1000元/人），参会费含会议资料、会间中餐、会后晚宴等，参会人员交通与住宿费自理。
